Project Overview:

Progress Update on Final Stages of Finishing for the 680-Apartment Project We at Milestone Interior especially thank Damac company for allowing us to be part of this massive project, and to provide an update on the ongoing interior design project for your 680-apartment complex. As we near the final finishing stages, we are excited to share our progress and outline the next steps towards completion.
Over the past months, our team has worked diligently to bring your vision to life, ensuring that the interiors reflect the quality and luxury associated with Damac Real Estate. The final phase, which includes detailing, last-minute touch-ups, and quality inspections, is now well underway. We anticipate full completion of all apartment rooms within the agreed-upon timeline.

Golden Luxury

Here are some key highlights of the current status:

1. *Flooring and Wall Finishes*: All flooring installations have been completed in each 680 units, and the wall finishes are receiving the final coats of paint. We have ensured that the materials used are of the highest quality, as discussed in our initial agreements.

2. Fixture Installations: Lighting, cabinetry, and fixtures in the kitchens and bathrooms are now 95% installed. The remaining units will be completed within the next few days, followed by thorough inspections to ensure precision and durability.

3. Custom Design Elements : The unique design features specified for premium units are being finalized. Our design team pays close attention to detail to ensure that these apartments meet the high-end expectations for which Damac is known.

4.Final Inspections and Quality Control: To ensure the highest standard of workmanship, we are conducting multiple rounds of inspections for each unit. This process will ensure that the finish is flawless and meets both our standards and yours.

Our project management team is coordinating closely with your team to ensure a seamless handover. We will continue to provide regular updates as we move through the final stages, and we remain on track to meet the completion deadline.
